Parents are invited into the pool as soon as trust and certain skills are taught to the student. Sometimes this can take a week, sometimes it can take 3 weeks. As we know every student learns differently so please wait for Bonnie to invite you into the pool for instruction on how to encourage these skills outside of lessons.

The deposit is a non-refundable payment that holds your spot in the session. It is applied to your first two weeks of lessons. You will pay the remaining tuition at the end of the second week of lessons.
Please note: your spot cannot be held until the deposit has been received by Bonnie.

Yes! Siblings are scheduled in back-to-back lessons.
Parents usually sit poolside with one child while the first one swims, and then helps the first student change back into their clothes on the pool deck while the second student swims. It can sound overwhelming to do lessons with more than one kiddo, but Bonnie teaches LOTS of siblings and everyone finds their own routine during the first week.

Your child’s lesson time reflects the time that they need to get into the pool, not the time that you need to arrive.
As lessons are very brief, it is very important that you arrive early enough to get your child changed and ready to go before the lesson start time. This will keep everyone on schedule as well as keeping the environment as relaxing as possible for your little one. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your lesson, your child may not be able to swim that day. Every effort will be made to get your kiddo in the pool, but as lesson times are so brief, even a 10-minute delay can throw off the entire schedule.
Please text Bonnie as soon as you know you will be late so she can try to accommodate you!

You will be expected to pay for the full session needed by your child even if your child must miss some lessons. This is due to the fact that once your child is scheduled, the spot is considered filled for the entire session and cannot be used by another student even if your child misses lessons throughout the session.
Lessons may be canceled due to inclement weather at the instructor’s discretion. Lessons must be canceled due to thunder and lightning for safety reasons. There are no refunds for lesson fees. However, in cases where the instructor must cancel lessons due to weather or illness, a makeup lesson will be provided if at all possible.
Please text Bonnie as soon as you know you will be absent.
